Interview
Have a video interview with a researcher in the company and then the HR send me a five-hours take home exam. It turns out that this exam needs more than five hour to finish. Then I withdraw the application.

Interview
This is a total waste of time. I was given a take-home exam that needed to be finished within 4 hours. I finished and submitted it and after that, there was no feedback at all, and HR would not reply to my email. I could accept rejection but could not accept this kind of not-even-a-simple-no hiring process, especially when I spent hours on the exam. It is totally waste of time. I don't believe such poor management and disrespect to candidates could make a good company. Be careful.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aqua Capital Management in Feb 2020
Interview
Really unprofessional and ignorant administration. I was contacted for an interview, and we scheduled. The interview was with a ex-Citadel guy, and I did well hence got a second round. I did fairly good in that, but not my best, given the time constraint.
After that, they didn't even reply to the emails or sent any feedback. While they project themselves as the next big thing, this is not the way to treat the new talent and this is when they haven't even started trading. I've interviewed all the big names like Jane Street, Tower Research, DE Shaw etc, and they all treat the candidates in a professional manner.

Question 1
Typical ML/DS questions, some of them were good. Read some good book on ML and you'd do good as I did.
