There were two separate interviews, one with the owner alone and then a second interview with another manager present. The first interview was a typical discussion of my background and experience, and I was encouraged to ask questions about the company. The second interview involved an informal "assessment" of my knowledge in aquarium maintenance and animal husbandry. Overall, I got the impression that Aquamoon is a small but fast-growing company that takes great pride in their exhibits and is dedicated to providing above standard care to the animals they work with.
