Swift, friendly and engaging. I liked them from the start and think they are a very progressive group of people. They are a fully remote company so I had interviews from coast to coast virtually
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aquent (New York, NY)
Interview
There was an HR screening and then two technical phone interviews.
After that I was asked to develop an application that met their requirements. It took me about 15 hours of effort to compete this.
Then I was invited for on-site for a 4 hour long interview. All of which I was told went great. I then heard nothing from Aquent, even after sending multiple follow up emails.
