Arab American Institute interview questions

Only did a phone interview and got an offer by email maybe an hour later. Phone interview was first with director of GR then with the organization's president on speakerphone. They mostly want to see that you can write, care about their issues, and will be reliable.

The interview process was fairly simple. We communicated via email and arranged a mutually convenient time to meet. We had a face to face interview which consisted of several questions from them and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Overall, the interview was a good opportunity for both to learn about the organization and about the job seeker.
