Arader Galleries interview questions

Friendly at first impression. Owner seemed very excited to extend this opportunity to me after discussing at length duties, and what was expected of the gallery assistant. Was given an offer to start working as assistant by the gallery owner after our face-to-face interview, only to have the owner ghost me completely with no follow-up or any concrete communication as to what happened as far as her decision-making process was evolving. Felt set up for success only to have the same rug pulled out from beneath me within a matter of hours.
