Interview
The first round is through an initial telephone interview with two people. They ask your typical interview questions and are very nice. For this specific position they asked open ended questions for you to really go into detail about how you would handle certain situations or how you would be able to aid their company. They seemed really focused on making sure that you would be the right fit for the position and that you would grow with them.
I, unfortunately, was not the right fit for the position and was called back later that day to be told I would not be continuing to the next round. However, if they really like you they will take the time to see if you would be a good fit somewhere else in the company. I was asked about another job position with the company where they felt my skills would be useful.

Tell us about a time that you wanted to pass something through a superior and got a little push back. How did you handle it?
The interview consisted of two rounds. In the first round, the recruiter aimed to understand your basic situation. The second round involved direct managers who asked several scenario-based questions related to your experience and how you would handle different situations.The things were they ghosted you after not giving you the offer.

Interview
It was a quick response from application submission to my first interview. I interviewed with a marketing higher up and then received a second interview with a vp. Just basic interview questions.

It was two interviews before recieving a job offer. They were very standard. They asked about prior experiences and skills. They gave an opportunity for my to ask them questions about their experiences and the company culture.
