      Sales Consultant Interview

      20 July 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Durham, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Durham, NC) in July 2011

      Interview

The interview process was typical. it starts with a phone screen through the corporate recruiter. Then there is a phone screen with a manger from the corporate office. Then one would meet with the regional sales manager and if you passed this interview you would meet with the operational manager. If you passed this interview, you would then meet with the hiring manager. The final step would be the offer.

      Sales Consultant Interview

      10 May 2009
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark in Feb 2008

      Interview

I was referred by a current employee. I then received a call from HR to schedule an interview with the local General Manager. I then did a working interview with one of the sales consultants. My final interview was a face to face interview with the regional director of sales. I have noticed that those who have interviewed recently have additional interviews to what I had. They have also had screening interviews over the phone with HR and an additional face to face interview with the District Manager.
