The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had been working on campus at a cafe as a line worker when I got interviewed for supervisor. The primary focus was as how I would transition into a leadership position.

1 interview that was taken 1 on 1 at a company held job fair. Fairly standard, just make sure you ask detailed questions. Asked about my previous experience and some relevant questions probing if I would be able to handle certain aspects of the position.

Describe a time when you had a customer come to you with a problem. How did you go about resolving it
Quick and simple. We met, discussed the job and expectations of management, and I was made an offer. The paperwork was all via email, and the onboarding process was pretty easy and straightforward for the most part.
