I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
First interview was a phone interview, just a simple phone interview, no trick questions. The second and final interview was through a software called Montage. You log into the site, and you are asked 4-5 questions. You have a few days to complete the interview. When you feel comfortable that you can answer each question to the best of your ability, you record your response and submit it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you used "out of the box" thinking to address a problem.
Tell me a time where you inspired others to follow your directions.
Tell me a time where you worked closely with others and struggled.
2 mins to describe why you would be a good fit for the job.
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

Interview
I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
