I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arapahoe Libraries
Interview
Three rounds of interviews: first a phone call with manager and supervisor, second meeting with specialty team, third a meeting with full department. I needed to present a few booktalks and discuss a program plan at the full department interview. The nice part of the multiple interviews is that I got to meet the other people who were doing similar work and ask them questions as well as the manager. The questions were about everything from reference interviews to communication styles. The department I interviewed with works remote from one another, at separate libraries spread around, and there were questions about how I might approach that work environment. It was interesting.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arapahoe Libraries in Oct 2016
Interview
First was a short 20 minute phone interview where basic questions were asked about availability and job requirements. Then I was offered a secondary interview but had to complete 3 technology assessments beforehand. At the secondary in-person interview I was asked questions, had time to discuss my qualifications, etc. I was then asked to interview at the administration building for a mutual fit assessment.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arapahoe Libraries (Centennial, CO) in Mar 2012
Interview
Two separate interviews, one with someone from HR, second with supervisor and manager. First interview was basic, with simple questions about my experience and why I wanted to work here. Second interview was more specific and in depth with trickier questions and time to ask my own questions of direct supervisor.
