I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arbor Advisors (San Mateo, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied through my university's job portal along with a writing sample. Afterward, I only had one round of phone calls and received an offer pretty shortly after. The process is not very long or drawn out. I have heard of other interviews having 2 rounds of phone screening.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what's a current interest in tech that you have, what is a company you'd invest in, why Arbor. The initial interview is very conversational and I didn't have any curveballs.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews and on the phone. It was relatively straight forward and went through why investment banking, relevant experience and favorite recent deal. Not too much valuation questions m, however they did ask me about “water fall analysis” and if I could do that.
