Average. Met the General Manager who wanted me to go out on a few sales calls with the #1 sales rep to see if the sales position was for me. I never had a "formal" interview. Just a few simple questions regarding my sales background, and then "when can you start?"

Submit resume, manager will call you for an interview. If you brushed your hair and were able to speak coherently, you're probably hired. They cycle through people, hoping a few might stick. After the in person interview, you will have to submit some info online so they can conduct a background check. Also, you will be required to fill out an online behavioural assessment.
