Brief phone interview first then face to face had to drive 4 hours for the interview hoping to get the job. The regional manager seemed very nice and knowledgeable .

I had three phone interviews that went really well. There were questions and scenarios that they ask how I would handle certain situations. They are very friendly and encouraging. Very easy to talk to.
