      Assistant General Manager Interview

      12 Feb 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Fort Wayne, IN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arby's (Fort Wayne, IN)

      Interview

The interviewer made me feel at home. The entire process was very friendly and comfortable. The interviewer took notes, made frequent eye contact and smiled. I was greeted at the beginning and left with a hand shake and a promise of followup. I was contacted later the same day for a second interview. The second interview was much the same with the exception of having 2 interviewers. It was very comfortable and friendly. I was made to feel as if I were visiting friends that I had not seen in years, and we were catching up.
