      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arby's (Raleigh, NC) in Apr 2013

      Interview

Applied online, had phone interview, then interview with RM at a local restaurant. The RM was constantly answering his phone during the interview with me, which I thought was very rude. He often lost track of what question was asked or being answered. Due to a prior comittment, he could not finish interview, and asked that I call him the next day to finish. I have called him numerous times to finish interview, and even left message as to if they had already hired someone for the position, and still after 3 weeks, have not heard anything from the RM. I think it is very umprofessional and extremely rude for someone in that position not to return a call. What has happened to common courtesy? This tells me something of what kind of people this company hires, and I do not want to be part of it. While waiting for the RM to return my call, another company called me, interviewed me in a very professional manner, and after my 2nd interview, I received an offer, and am now working for this company and could not be happier. I went with the professionals.
