Arc interview questions

A headhunter reached out to me for this opportunity. The first interview was a 15-minute phone screen, where they asked about my educational background and work experience. During the call, I was told they are only considering candidates with prior finance/banking industry experience. This requirement was not mentioned in the job description or by the headhunter beforehand. Advice: If you don’t have a finance/banking background, it may not be worth your time to apply.
