Arc Of New Jersey interview questions

Began with an initial, scheduled phone screen. Followed by two interviews---one with a program director and the next with an assistant executive director. Both ask questions about your resume and skill set.

I don't care for being outnumbered 2-to-1 during interviews, but it was not bad at all, as the people who interviewed me are personable and friendly (genuinely, not just an act). They wanted me to do a 5 minute presentation, with PowerPoint, on why they should hire me! I was nervous but I think it's a great idea to see how people act under a little pressure.
