Interview
Most of the questions were based on your own values and situational things concerning childcare. Good conversation, definitely helps to learn something about the farm. Arcadia is a great place and it's going to do great things for the lower-income residents of D.C. It is a non-profit, and it helps to show that you've done your research on what they do, and that you let them know that you share those values.
