Arcadis Graduate Civil Engineer interview questions

1. Online application 2. Arctic Shores assessment 3. Online assessment centre where you work with people from other grad schemes to solve a problem and then present it to 2 employees. Included a Q&A session with current graduates. Did not make it to the last stage which would've been a 1-2-1 interview.

Group interview zoom call of 200 people subdivided into rooms of 13-14. Given a report to read in a set amount of time and give individual responses, then given time to collaborate in groups to present a group response at the end of the session
