Interview
Met at a career fair, then had on campus interview. Next round was on site in Burns Harbor, with 3 in person interviews (back to back). Interviews were fantastic. Formal offer followed shortly after. After the interviews we did a facility tour of the mill. Very positive experience.

Did not need a lot of technical explanation. They are mainly trying to see if you are a team player, and have some drive.

Interview process consisted of 1 on campus interview and 3 on site interviews with 3 different people, mostly managers. All 3 of the interviews will consist of the same questions, just worded differently.
Very good and responsive. Had a couple mishaps with scheduling but overall worked itself out. It was an hour long Skype interview with behavioral type questions. It was very relaxed

3 45 minute back to back to back interviews. Mostly STAR type questions with middle management personnel in the same field as myself. The process was fairly straight forward but also somewhat exhausting.
