I hosted Dr.J. Mologo from ArcelorMittal Liberia to our ArcelorMittal Engineering Academy in Vanderbijlpark. He was the initiater to build a Vocational Training Center in liberia and he asked me if I was interested in training at the VTC,which at that time they were busy rebuilding the whole training center after the civil war. I was then in contact with the head of the HR ArcelorMittal Head-quarters in London Mrs.Ann Pearce explaining what we do at the Instrumentation classes and the whole of our training at the academy. Then I was telephonically interviewed by the VTC Manager,which they accepted my interview by sending my contract to be signed.
