Viele Gespräche via Teams geführt. Zwei Gespräche mit dem Headhunter und anschließend mit Mitarbeitern von Arcelor. Darauf hin kein Feedback erhalten. Sowohl positiv als auch negativ. Die Kommunikation im Anschluss sollte aufrecht erhalten bleiben.

Had a 30 minute phone interview with a representative from HR. They then followed up to setup an in-person interview.
The in-person interview took 3 hours, you spend 1 hour with a director from another group, 1 hour with HR, and 1 hour with the hiring director. My interview was all situational questions.
