Interview process had 3 rounds: 1) Phone screening with recruiter, 2) Zoom interview with team member where we discussed my resume/skills/experiences, and 3) Zoom panel interview where I gave a 45 min presentation on a Case Study prompt I was given.
The interview process for me was fully remote, even though the role is on-site. I wish the interview process had included a 1:1 conversation with the hiring manager and an on-site visit. I was able to work with the recruiter to arrange these things after receiving an offer prior which helped in my decision to accept the role.
