I had two sets of group interviews, each with a different small group of senior architects and principals. In between I had a tour of the office, given by an architect with same level of experience as myself. During each group interview, I presented my previous work and answered questions. Finally, I had a one-on-one discussion with the hiring principal regarding specifics of the job, including salary requirements. That last part was the most difficult because I didn't have a lot of negotiating information about the salary range to use to my advantage.
