Architectural Resources Group interview questions

E-mail exchange after sending resume and than an in-person meeting to discuss skills and share work examples. They then followed up about a week later with an offer. There was not a lot of room for negotiation

They did not know what they were looking for. It was a long process. Finally, it was supposed to send me an offer but they said we can not offer you a job due to insufficient work. I do not recommend this company to anyone. There is a big mismanagement there.
