Interview
Interview was with 2-3 of the staff members; at least one principal and one of the job captains. It was nice having team members from different levels at the interview. Very nice and conversational questions.

Interview
The interview process included a few initial screenings and meetings, by the end I had been interviewed by two principals of the firm separately. The final interview was a small panel that included one of the principals and design team leads.

The firm has different divisions (commercial and residential), so I was asked whether I had a preference.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Architecture Design Collaborative
Interview
First, meet with HR and talked about prior experience and about a role within the company. In the second interview, met with senior architects and talked more in-depth about my portfolio and my previous experience.
