They sent me a video interview where they gave me various behavioral and technical questions and I had to record my responses. I had 30 seconds to 3 minutes to prepare my responses. The behavioral questions were very generic such as "how well you work in a team" and "tell me a time when you had to solve a challenging problem". The technical question was about discussing how to do something rather than solve a problem.
