Arcurve interview questions

3 Interviews: 1 = 15-30 minutes with Recruiter -> general soft skill 2 = Interview with PM/supervisor -> general soft skill and minor technical 3 = Interview with Panel (technical lead, developer/PM, intern) --> technical interview Then a followup with the recruitment manager.

Three stage interview process. Initial interview with HR regarding expectations and culture. Second interview with two leads. Third with a lead and a manager. Last two are somewhat technical, asking to describe previous training and projects with follow-up technical questions.
