      I interviewed at Ardagh Group

      Interview

Only made it to round 1. It was a video call but the interviewer did not have her video on (WEIRD). She asked me what seemed like 100 monotone SMART questions in a row without taking a breath and sounded more nervous than me. I started not even answering and was pretty close to just ending it but she finally put me out of my misery. Pretty sure she was straight out of college based on her LinkedIn profile. Kind of sucked b/c I was a perfect fit for the the job. Think a more experienced interviewer would have known that and just passed me on to Hiring Manager after a couple of questions but it could also just be what Ardagh required which is pretty brutal.
