offered job & lied about hours when i complained they cut hours from me and gave to their favorite employee. he went on vacation & they asked me to cover for him after cutting my hours

Very Unorganized. I wrote an email thanking them for the opportunity to interview. I got an email back stating they were going to be sending me an offer letter that email was quickly followed up with a "just kidding." I was called a week later with the explanation that "things happen" and they would like to offer me the position. Quite a few red flags.
