Ardent Mills interview questions

The interview was pretty straight forward. The recruiter I spoke with didn't seem too excited on the phone but the process went just fine. Recruiter was good about communicating feedback to me on why they didn't move forward. Appreciated the transparency.

There was just one behavioral interview with regular behavioral questions. Such as tell me about yourself, leadership situations, and other situational questions. Overall a fast process. Got the interview one day and two days later I got the offer for the intership.
