I have Given interview here for Software Trainee Interview was pretty good i have given all answer what they have ask to me still not selected for position HR will not respond you, you need to contact them continuously not a proper experience

I was contacted through LinkedIn for a phone interview with HR. She was delightful to speak to. I was then contacted for an in-person interview where I met with the CEO. Right off the bat he was aggressive, rude, and condescending. I could tell immediately he was not someone I would be interested in working for. Although I was asked to return for another interview, I declined to continue in the process. I also think it would be prudent of anyone looking at this job to question the 3-month contract period. This is not mentioned in the job posting and you do not make commission during that time. I wonder how many people only work there for that contract and then are not offered a full time position with full pay post-contract? It screams churn and burn to me. Please take care of yourself in your job hunt!
