Interview
I did the editorial test without having a phone interview. The editorial test took place with an online meeting session going on with a member of the hiring team. The test included news writing, mental arithmetic, price assessment, and reporting initiative. They did not let me know my results, nor did they reply to my follow-up emails.

Question 1
They asked about the correct price of the day based on information such as prices on previous days and on-the-day bids and offers.
Started with a screening call followed by a testing and then interviews with the hiring committee. The team was friendly and transparent about the role’s expectations and growth opportunities. Overall engaging and insightful experience.

Interview
Screening with TA, testing, VC with hiring manager then F2F in office.
Testing was on amazon workspace, around 100 minutes and completed at home, VC with HM as they were based overseas before being invited to office for final round.

Understanding of the specific commodity I was interviewing for.
Initial interview with HR representative. After that was called in for Assessment and interview with the team including manager of the relevant desk. Essays summary some basic calculations not very difficult overall but was timed and overseen by HR.
