Interview
I do feel it is a bit exhaustive for an entry level role. The first stage was live testing, which included basic math questions, price assessment, and writing an article. A bit awkward too because I was in the same zoom call as another candidate. The second interview was OK, but it felt that the two individuals interviewing me did not have a question bank to use, but rather trying to ask things on the spot. Some of the questions were also just a bit odd, if I am being honest. They also asked me the same question in different ways probably about 3-4 times, rather than asking questions more tied to my career aspirations and what I hope to achieve if I were to work there. I would highly recommend a more structured format for their interviews with questions that would allow them to assess the candidate's intentions more, rather than seeing what the candidate thinks they will struggle with in the role.
