The process involved two interviews, the first with hiring managers and one with a senior vice president at the firm. All of the interviewers were friendly and eager to learn about my experience.

They really wanted to know why I thought the internship program at Argyle was the right fit for me.
Good- Thorough. They like to know who they're working with. Take them seriously. Come prepared and wanting to work there. Don't try to finesse it. Do you research. you'll do better then me.

Interview
The interviewers were lovely and personable. They asked thorough questions about what I like about PR and where I see my future. No trick questions. They seemed genuinely interested in learning about my plan for growth in the industry and seeing how Argyle can support it.
