I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Arhaus (Hudson, OH)
Interview
The interviews themselves were fine. I moved through initial discussions quickly. The half day of back-to-back interviews in-person was a lot, but gave a good sense of the team there. Things went sideways on the more admin side. They changed/decreased the title several times while I was interviewing despite having reached out to me for that specific role. They also mentioned a higher pay at the beginning of the process, then finally offered a lower pay over email. Then they let me know their initial offer was wrong, and offered me even less money. The manager also showed little flexibility for things like the expectation to be in-office during snow storms, working remotely when sick, etc. throughout the process. All of this left a bad feeling in my stomach, along with personal accounts I heard throughout the process.

It took four months, from application to phone call, but after that, the process was very smooth and fast!
It was a phone interview with someone from Talent, then a Zoom interview with two individuals, then in-person interviews with 6 people. I received a call a few days after.
Two interview, asking about my background and knowledge. Was not long focused mainly on how I work with others. Also focused on my sales experience. It was not not difficult
