I applied through university. I interviewed at Arista Networks (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2016
Interview
The process involved an online Hackerrank test which involved string manipulation, trivial enough to solve in your language of choice. Subsequently I was called for an onsite interview, where I was asked to solve small coding questions using C, which I was able to solve easily, however I got stuck in finding the missing number in a sequence because of some corner edge case. They got back to me in a few days and said that my profile doesn't match the job description.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Find the missing number in the sequence, inplace reversal of a string
Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time
I interviewed at Arista Networks (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
