I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arista Networks (Bengaluru) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview process consists of 3 rounds. First by a peer, second by manager and third by Director. They started from very basic questions like ping and then moved deeper into the technology. They asked about multiple protocol details. They checked how you approach to a problem. If a person is not able to clear the first round, they will not generally call for next round. Over all it was a good experience.
This company has come on campus, so after the offline round which includes mcq of aptitude, computer networks and operating system, nearly 10% students were shortlisted for GD round followed by interview round
