Interview
They really look for those with strong math, tech and financial knowledge. The tech is mainly Object Oriented Programming, VBA and SQL. They may ask you to emphasize why you are interested in the position (be sure you are familiar with the job description). Will go over your background and the job and ask you background questions about you.
