Arizona Department of Economic Security interview questions

Interview was quick and easy. There was a good blend of technical and non technical questions. I do wish there was room to showcase technical skills however, as most other technical roles i applied to had an opportunity to showcase my skills

Very structured interview where they ask you "Tell me about a time when" or "What would you do in this situation". The overall interview felt robotic and was difficult to actually get to know the interviewers, however working there was great and the people you work with really care about their jobs.
