Interview
She was very friendly, she was talking about herself and her research most of the time. I displayed a level of familiarity with the concepts she was talking about and the research being done in her facility which smoothed the process. The interview was very brief, about 30 to 40 minutes total.

Three interviews, one with leadership team (25 minutes), second with the research team (30 minutes), final interview with the leadership team (45 mins). One required assignment, demonstrating research skills. Interviews were back to back, three weeks total for the interview process.
