I applied online. I interviewed at Arizona State University in Aug 2020
Interview
Zoom interview panel with too many people. The job requisition was vague and when I tried to ask some clarifying questions, it was clear they thought I wasn't very bright. I left feeling like they only wanted sales-y type personalities. I asked what the metrics for success were and they struggled to answer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They had a 5 minute role-play about how you would assist a student who had some educational challenges and wanted to spend their time being an activist. This seemed unreasonable given that they weren't open to sharing much about the job itself or what the expectations for the employee are.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ) in Sept 2021
Interview
15 minute screening interview by phone. They called at the scheduled time and asked me 5 questions. It was 2 people and they took turns asking the questions. The process went smooth and was easy (the questions were difficult though.)

Interview
No interview. Applied for position. They reached out a few weeks later stating that they reached out to TWICE to set up an interview via phone. Checked my voicemails and they left a voicemail looking to set up an interview from an UNKNOWN number. I reached back out once I got their email and they said they were already on the second round of interviews ( took less than 24 hours). What a shame
