Fast paced hiring process, you should demonstrate skills to your potential supervisor to get hired. A little paper work was required which was not a problem at all. Nothing so special about the interview, as i mentioned just make contacts with the supervisor and you will get the job.

Very welcoming. The interviewer was not intimidating and very friendly. The questions were standard interview questions with a few on diversity and inclusion. The questions were not difficult at all.

Interview
I was interviewed by the Laboratory manager and two supervisors. I was asked about the classes I have taken and were taking at the time, some chemistry related math questions, and about how well I work with others. They then showed me around the lab and classrooms where I would be working.
