Arjay Wireless interview questions

It was very positive, all questions asked about my experience and how much it will help the business. The interview process was uplifting. I was excited to start working. The training was slow and easy, at my own pace. I was trained thoroughly, so when I started working on my own i barely had questions.

There is a phone interview, then a 1st interview with the area manager, and then a 2nd interview with the Director of sales. During the interview they ask a lot of questions about your skills, and how you deal with certain situations, and how you communicate. They see how you are with your customer service and if you understand how to earn commissions.
