After the first interview, I received communication that I was not a fit. Then months later they contacted me and asked if I was still interested in the opportunity. I then took some personality and skill tests. During the second interview, the interviewer showed the results of the tests to me and mentioned that the tests results scored high in relation to certain skill sets and personality characteristics that they were looking for. However, after the second interview, they did not provide any feedback or follow up.
