I applied online. I interviewed at Arkus (NY) (Bergen op Zoom) in Nov 2023
Interview
It started with an initial call, then another call where you are given a project doc. Once you complete the project doc you do a demo to a panel where they ask you questions. After you get to speak to the CEO 1 on 1. From there you are either hired or not.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arkus (NY) (Houston, TX) in July 2023
Interview
It can be incredibly challenging to be put on the spot and expected to deliver a demo with little time to prepare. It's natural to feel uncomfortable in such a situation. However, I want you to know that you are not alone in this experience. Many people have found themselves in similar situations and have overcome them. It's important to stay calm, take a deep breath, and try to focus on the task at hand. Remember, you are capable and competent, and you have valuable insights to share. With a bit of preparation and practice, you can deliver a successful demo, even in challenging circumstances.

Question 1
Build and demo a Salesforce Solution in 30 minutes. Requirements were turned in a minute before starting the build
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arkus (NY) (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
In my first interview I was told there were 3 rounds, with the final round being a technical assessment.
The first interview was pretty standard; 30 minutes chatting with two Arkus staff. One was Admin and the other was HR (but he was about 20 minutes late to the interview which was the first red flag). I felt it went well and was told I'd hear back about next steps "within a week."
Over a month later I received an email out of the blue inviting me to do a technical assessment (so, skipped interview #2?). I did it and it was given a spec sheet and one hour to build out as much as I could. Then presented for about 15 minutes while Arkus staff played the role of "client who doesn't know anything about Salesforce". Ultimately I felt I did well and built out a fair amount and presented well. After the role playing ended, they basically went into a Salesforce pop quiz which I was not expecting and it threw me off for sure. Definitely some gotcha questions in there. Was told I'd hear back "in a week". That was several months ago and they never followed up with me. I have a feeling that I was never really a contender and they maybe just needed to meet a quota or something.
