Structured process of numerous rounds in order to attain the job. Final step was a powerpoint presentation. Albeit this was a while back when I applied and so may have changed since
It was done in three stages, and took half a day. The group task and presentation were as expected although I found the interview quite challenging for a role designed for young people new to the world of work.
