Arlington Community Federal Credit Union interview questions

Very engaging, informal, and productive. I found the interviewers to be extremely open and curious to understand my background and experience in the training field. What stood out to me most about the organization during the interview was its' focus around culture, and hiring candidates who were interested and enthusiastic around putting others before self. This was shared as a major focus as it related to how the organization developed its' goals and objectives around every business decision around serving members as well as its' employees. Coming from my prior work environment I found this outlook and philosophy to be refreshing and appropriate. i made the right decision.

The hiring process was very detailed but quick. First impression is key and just by the Interviewers I could tell they were serious about hiring right away and were not looking to waste time. I prepared myself as best as I could before interviewing and I went for 2 interviews and got hired. They were very transparent about what they were looking for as well as my previous experience. I could also tell that being friendly is a plus due to the fact of it being a Community Federal Credit Union.
