I received a phone call to set up the interview (remotely). Within a week, I was offered the job. HR documentation and orientation were completed. The final contract was sent but sat in somebody's email longer than necessary due to Covid absences, etc. Finally, everything worked out and I was on board.

My interest in becoming a teacher, my teaching style, my background, how I worked with other, if I was interested in working with a kindergartner classroom or a special ed classroom, she was very kind and very flexible . She gave me flexibility and worked very well with me.

Interview
It's a who knows you, not a skills! It's incredible unprofessional and they need you more than you need them. It usually has a principal or vice and maybe someone from the department. They usually are more invested than admin
