Technical and HR interview. Technical interviewer targeted the questions so that a specific level is assigned to you (one they could only possibly guess based on CV) instead of your actual level. Do not bother to apply.

Questions targeted at showing that you are whatever level they decided you are based on your CV alone. Assumptions made about your experience, and if contradicted, skimmed over, because it would contradict the said already decided level. Avoid.
